| Under the
company¡¯s philosophy of ¡°Green Chemical¡±, environmental
protection has always been its important duty to the society. In August
1998, firstly in Chinese coal chemical industry, ISO14001 certificate
was conferred to Baochem by UKAS. Plans of Garden-like
plant and odorless area are all on the way
in Baoshan and Meishan plants, which is turning Baochem more society-friendly.
